Hello my name is Rose Butera, my journey with HWCCCC Inc began in September of 2012. My path has taken me through the roles of educator, OnSite Supervisor, Program Coordinator to the most inspirational role of Pedagogical Lead. A role that supports reflective practice, inspires intentionality and promotes growth.  I believe that every child deserves a safe and loving environment to explore their natural curiosities and wonders. Working side by side with families and educators, together we can create this environment where play is truly wondrous work, where joy is the center of all children's experiences.
